Brand New Townhouses in Haymarket, Starting at $209,990

Do you know where to find the brand new townhouses in Haymarket?  I do!  And this featured townhouse (Jamestown model) starts at $209,990 and is available for 100% financing.  You did not misread that.  The Ryland townhouses in Market Center at Haymarket qualify for 100% financing.  You don't have to be a Veteran either.

The brand new townhouses in Haymarket, offered by Ryland Homes qualify for USDA 100% financing.  The property where these stacked townhouses are located used to be zoned agricultural.  As a result, the townhouses that are currently being built there, still qualify for 100% financing.

Models include the Jamestown, Leesburg, Middleburg and Yorktown

Take a look at the interior of this Jamestown model.  It is the most affordable, and only the two bedroom option offered by Ryland Homes in Market Center at Haymarket and offers 1282 square feet of living space.  Enter on the main level and you'll notice the sunken living room, with two story ceiling.  The windows alone give a grand feeling to the space.

 There are no deliveries slotted before the $8,000 tax credit expires on December 1, 2009.  However, if you qualify for the 100% USDA financing available on these townhouses, you can save yourself a minimum of $7,350 in what you would pay for an FHA loan down payment.  Certainly worth investigating if you are in the market for a Haymarket townhouse.
